Aliança Alters Cabotage, Mercosul Services

Created by HButler on 12/19/2012 12:02:35 AM

Brazilian container line Aliança has announced changes to its Cabotage and Mercosul services because of the dry-docking program of its Aliança Maracana during the first quarter of 2013.

Calls at the Port of Suape, Brazil, will be included on the southbound voyage of the first rotation, offering loading from Manaus to Suape without transshipment, starting with vessel Aliança Europa 154SB, with an estimated time of arrival on Dec. 17.

The second rotation will operate with two vessels during the first quarter of 2013, with weekly calls between the Brazilian ports of Rio Grande and Salvador, beginning with vessel Flamengo 258NB with an ETA on Dec. 21.

The third rotation will remain the same.
