OT Africa Line Adds Call to Kristiansand, Norway

OT Africa Line has announced a new weekly fixed-day feeder service to the port of Kristiansand, Norway. The new service will call at the port on Fridays and arrive in Rotterdam the following Sunday or Monday.
West African cargo will be relayed via Rotterdam and barged to Antwerp. The carrier said example transit times from Kristiansand to West African ports include 27 days to Abidjan, 23 days to Dakar, and 28 days to Lagos. OT Africa Line already calls Oslo, in a service that offers connections to West African ports via Hamburg with similar transit times.
The first sailing in the new service will be on Feb. 21, 2010, from Rotterdam.
