Container / Ro/Ro Cargo

Container / Ro/Ro cargo ships (ConRO) are hybrid vessels that can accommodate both containerized and Ro-Ro cargo (IHS/Fairplay). The vessels may accommodate not only ordinary passenger vehicles, but also Mafi trailers, heavy equipment, and other oversized shipments. Atlantic Container Line employs this type of vessel in the trans-Atlantic trades between the United States and Europe and West Africa.
